What data and why

The contact form asks for a name, organisation, email address and message. These details are used only to answer the message and, if a conversation follows, to prepare an assignment. The legal basis is the request made by sending the form.

Where the data goes

The form is processed on the web server of the hosting provider (Tikklik, the Netherlands) and delivered as an email to the RAES Solutions mailbox. The data is not sold or shared with other parties.

How long

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer storage (for example for invoices).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not collect visitor statistics. Fonts are served from this website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by email to r.a.de.graaf@raes.biz. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
